In January, Sharada Ma is offering a year's worth of Satsangs in Tiruvannamalai (Tiru) for one month!

The dates for the 12 Satsangs are:
Jan 4, 6, 9, 11,13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27 & 30
We'll be sitting in our beautiful meditation hall, Chidakash (which means "Face of Consciousness").
The requested Love Donation for all 12 satsangs and one retreat is $350.00 USD.
Early registration is recommended. Please email us to pre-register. More details will be sent as we get closer to the retreat.
If you KNOW you will come to Tiru, there are several things that would be good to attend to right away:
1. Make sure your passport is current to July 2023.
US passports must now be current 6 months AFTER your planned return. If you don't have a passport, you may want to pay any extra fee for expedited service as in the US they're taking 6-8+ weeks to process. If you are in a different country, check with your passport office to find out their requirements.
2. Once you get your passport apply for your India Visa.
In the US, you can click here: Embassy of India for USA citizens for more information. If you're in a different country check the website of the Indian Embassy closest to you. It's now possible to apply online.
3. Secure your accommodations.
December till mid February is high Pilgrim Tourist season in Tiru. So now is the time to reserve a room if you are going to join Sharada Ma for the month of 12 Satsangs.
4. Book your Air Travel:
The closest major airport is Chennai, which is a 3-4 hour car ride from Tiruvannamalai. You can search online for airfares or use a travel search engine. Skyscanner.com is pretty good for low rates. For instance on a flight from LAX to Chennai (MAA) the fare is about $1080USD roundtrip. BUT make sure you look at the itinerary. Some flights have as long as 14 hour layovers!
- Try to avoid more than ONE stop as they require tedious security at every plane change.
Best to travel by December 28 to the 30th at the latest. December 28 puts you in Arunachala on December 30. This would give you a few days to acclimate before our first Satsang.
Leaving Tiru on or after February 2 gives you time to rest and integrate what was received in Satsang for a few days.
