In addition to being Sharada Ma's son; a world renowned Carnatic (South Indian Classical) & Jazz saxophonist, Prasant is a Self-Realized Jnani, living and teaching in the San Fransisco Bay Area.
Prasant offers Satsang through his music, silent meditation, energetic spiritual transmission, and question/ answer sessions.

Prasant's spanish teacher, once unexpectedly witnessed Lord Shiva standing over Prasant, during one of his early concerts; pouring light into his Sahasrara Chakra (Crown), as the music flowed through him. Prasant’s solo saxophone albums feature Indian classical ragas on saxophone, as a transmission to support enlightenment, awakening, liberation, Self-Realization, peace and happiness.
