*Total humility and total surrender for Self-Realization. Sharada Ma shows how humility and 100% Sharanagati combine — you step out of self-will, become the Sakshi (witness), and the higher consciousness within conducts your life for its highest and best.*
In this Dublin satsang, Sharada Ma gives the title herself — *Humility and Total Surrender for Self-Realization* — and teaches the combination of two aspects: humility first, and total *Sharanagati* (surrender). When surrender is sincere and absolute, humility arrives on its own, and "magic happens." She points beyond the intellect of the mind to the *intelligence of the heart*, where you no longer live from the little self with its positionalities, name and form, but from the *Satchitananda* within. Death, she reminds us, reveals that nothing we achieve can be taken with us — only our tranquility and the recognition that we are the Self.
Much of the teaching comes as an intimate sharing: guided by an inner "download" and letting go completely, Sharada Ma flew to India and was with her father for his final 19 days, then left the airport as he transitioned — no tears, no self-will, only the *Sakshi* witnessing. From a gift of 1,008 feedings, 4,000 people were finally fed — the "expansion" of complete Sharanagati. She reads *Ramana's* teaching that realization must be amidst the turmoils of life, answers a question on why "gurus can do no wrong" (because the true guru is not the personality but the infinite flowing through), and hears Barbara's lesson of not being invited to a retreat until her energy shifted. Joseph's poem on *Leela's play* leads into an *Om Namah Shivaya* bhajan and a one-hour guided grace-transmission meditation, closing with *Brahman satyam, jagat mithya* — consciousness alone is real, the world is Maya.
### About Sharada Ma
Sharada Ma is a spiritual teacher in the traditions of *Advaita Vedanta*, *Shaivism*, and the lineage of Sri Ramana Maharshi. Her teachings focus on *sharanagati* (surrender), inner renunciation, the direct recognition of the Self (*Atman*), and the dissolution of ego.
*"When you're going into the deeper levels of Sharanagati with humility — then magic happens when those two combinations are there in your life."*
