Darshan

Darshan is sacred sight: to behold the divine, in a deity, in a temple, in the living presence of a guru. The Sanskrit root drsh means to see, and darshan is seeing that is also being seen. Deeper still is atma-darshana, the inward gaze upon your own Atman.
