Panchakshara

Panchakshara is the five-syllable Mantra of Shiva: Na-Mah-Shi-Va-Ya, recited with Om Namah Shivaya at the front. Each syllable is elongated so the vibration deepens. The whole brahmanda, the entire universe, is held within those five sounds.
