Hridayakamala

Hridayakamala is the lotus of the heart, the spiritual center on the right side of the chest where the Self is realized. It is not a particular space; it is the infinite reality, the spaciousness within you. Rest there as Ramana taught, and Arunachala begins to dance in the heart.
